That decade taught me to spot real needs and build systems that work — and GGDev is where that instinct ships as products: a card game people play every day, and a planning resource for Zimbabwean families abroad.
A decade of running operations taught me to find real needs and build systems that actually work. These are the products that came out of it — designed, built and launched from Calgary.
A Crazy Eights card game built on the Zimbabwean variation — 7-skip, Jack reverse, pick-2/pick-5, Ace defence — with solo play against bots and pass-and-play up to 8 players, on web and Android.
Why I built it: the version I grew up playing didn't exist as a proper digital game. So I built it — every rule, every detail.
End-of-life planning for Zimbabweans living abroad: what-to-do guides for each country, funeral cover comparisons, and family preparation — so families can make clear decisions before a crisis, not during one. I'm keeping the details under wraps until launch.
Why I'm building it: too many families abroad face these moments unprepared. Nobody should have to figure this out alone, at the worst possible time.

I'm a builder based in Calgary, and I came to building through operations. For over a decade I've run multi-site property and storage portfolios across Canada and the United States, travelling intensively across Alberta, Saskatchewan and British Columbia, connecting project controls to site readiness, vendor execution, staff adoption and business continuity.
That decade in operations is what I'm building on. The same instinct — find a real need, build it properly, ship it — launched two products: ZIM8, a Crazy Eights card game built on the Zimbabwean variation I grew up playing, rebuilt for the online generation; and Kumusha Ready (kumusha means “home” in Shona), a resource helping Zimbabweans living abroad navigate one of life's hardest subjects.
I hold a Bachelor of Commerce, and I work the way I operate: diagnose first, stabilize fast, deliver cleanly, hand over properly. Whether it's a portfolio in transition or a product going to launch, I close the gap between the plan and the site.
